Orders

Is there a minimum order for Spray Paint?

No, there is no minimum for spray paints orders. But the more you add items the less your shipping cost is!

Do you substitute colors?

Our inventory is always exactly but (we are not robot) if something missing we will contact you to know what you want to replace.

Shipping

When my order will be delivered?

See the chart above to know approximately when your package will be delivered. Please note that the shipping time is calculated in Business Days (5 days a week, Monday-Friday) and excludes public holidays in Canada.

When will you ship my order?

We ship orders each day of the business week (5 days a week, Monday-Friday). Usually your order will be shipped less than 24 hours after you place your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the package is shipped.

My package is late, what to do?

After calculating the business days of the shipping on this chart, you can contact us if your package is late.

How can I track my order?

You can track it CANPAR websites. Allow a few days after the shipping date to begin to see the tracking results. https://portal.canpar.com/en/track/tracking.jsp

Can you ship to my country?

We ship ONLY in Canada.

Can you ship orders to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible. UPS will not accept packages with a PO box delivery address.

Billing & Returns

What kind of payment do you accept?

We work with the company STRIPE which integrates the SSL security standard. Your confidential data (card number, expiration date, cryptogram) are transmitted after encryption directly to the STRIPE server and are not transmitted at any time to our server and our site. Your order will be recorded and processed upon acceptance of payment by the banking service.

Can I return an item for exchange?

We do exchange damaged items only. You will have to send back the item (at your fees) to be exchanged. To receive a return authorization, please contact us within 15 days after you receive the shipment.

If the package arrives damaged, send back the damaged items and we’ll exchange them, or proof that the item is damaged. You have one month after the date of the transaction to declare a broken item. To received a return authorization, please contact us.

Can I return an item for refund?

No sorry, all sales are final.

What is the address to return an item?

All returns must be authorized before you send back the items. Please contact us to receive a return authorization. We will give you the address for the return and the return instructions by e-mail.

What if I give you an incorrect shipping address?

Be sure to enter your complete address when you place your order. If your order is lost or returned to us because of an incomplete or invalid address, you will be responsible for any fees or the value of your order.
