White primer paint formulated for use as a first layer or background, especially on dark surfaces, to ensure that the colors subsequently applied are brighter, especially when we want to finish the object with fluorescent paint or clear colors with a poor covering power. Paint formulated for use as a primer, or even as a top coat when a matt white finish is required.
